Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to accept exchanges for apparel items under the following conditions:
  • Eligibility for Exchange: Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Exchange Options: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
