- Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Exchange Options: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
